Your privacy and protection are important to us. We handle all personal information with the utmost care and responsibility to ensure that your trust in us is always respected.

Sensitive data shared with Dharma Adventures — such as names, contact details, passport copies, or travel preferences — is stored securely within our protected electronic database. Access to this data is limited to authorized and accredited staff members who follow strict internal privacy procedures.

If any documents containing personal data are printed for operational purposes, they are kept in locked filing systems within our office, accessible only to trusted employees. When these documents are no longer required, they are securely shredded and disposed of to prevent any misuse.

We only collect personal information that is relevant and necessary for delivering our services — such as arranging flights, accommodations, permits, and travel logistics.
All personal data is kept for a maximum of one year after the completion of travel, unless required for legal or accounting purposes, after which it is safely deleted from our system.

We are fully committed to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring that every piece of information you share with us remains strictly private, confidential, and protected — before, during, and after your journey with us.
